Blazing day!

Even though it was a scorching day, the fire was lit and lunch was cooked. The children did it all themselves, from gathering wood, sparking the tinder and keeping it well fed for over 4 hours! This enabled the group to cook pasta, fry bacon and eggs as well as toast marshmallows...

The children made all sorts of exciting things and it'll be wonderful to see what they manage to create next time they visit the woods. Well done everyone!
