Axes and knives

Today, the group separated and were calmer than they have been before...The smaller groups enabled little chats to take place and each independent little base reflected a little bit of the personality of the group based there. We has cosy little nooks, monster flaming fires, secret log stores and acrobatic lines. More trees were climbed than ever before and tools were used to fell dead trees, create hammers, carve swords, make cooking utensils and produce jewellery trees. It was wonderful to see such a span of ages mixing so positively together- sharing their time, skills and ideas freely and with genuine support.

I wonder what the next session will deliver...
